François
Originally from Quebec, François fell in love with Mexico long before settling in Playa del Carmen. He traded Canadian winters for life in the tropics and developed a passion for Mexican cuisine. With the help of Karen, his Mexican partner and fellow foodie, this passion gave birth to Parcours Gourmand.
For François, Parcours Gourmand is an invitation to discover the Playa del Carmen he loves, through its flavors, stories, and local favorites. François will be your guide, but Karen's Mexican influence and personal recommendations will also be part of the adventure.
Karen
Born in Mexico, Karen is passionate about the food, traditions, and stories that make her country unique. A traveler, amateur cook, and baking enthusiast, she loves discovering new flavors, finding great local spots, and sharing the stories behind each dish.
Co-founder of Parcours Gourmand alongside François, she brings her curiosity, her love of Mexican culture and her passion for the places and flavors that make each experience memorable.
